Course Purpose

To teach participants (process owners) the roles, responsibilities and tasks associated with implementing an effective process that is in compliance with the Business System. This course is the definitive roadmap for assigned process owners (natural business process leaders) to understand their expanded role to understand Business System requirements or process interfaces, implement, assess performance and lead continuous improvement initiative for their assigned processes.

Course Description

This one-day course provides participants with an overview of process owner and improvement facilitator responsibilities relative to interpreting the Business System requirements, selecting process teams, documentation, implementation, verifying compliance, and post registration continuous improvement activities

It provides participants with a full understanding of concepts and useful tools to begin to properly document and implement a process. Key success factors for assessment, planning and implementation are demonstrated with Interactive discussions and hands-on workshops are used to practice new on the job skills.
